Eye of the Storm would like to thank our generous donors who give $50 or more. We offer two choices:

1. One piece of signed, numbered, matted artwork by resident artist Nina Arbella.
2. One web page on our site, memorializing your deceased horse or other pet

How to Request Your Gift
Please let us know if you would like to receive a gift. Here's how:

• If you send us a check in the mail, either use our printed form or include a note specifying which gift you would like. Include your name and address on the note, even if they are also on the check.
• If you use PayPal to make an on-line donation, use the Special Instructions field to let us know which gift you would like. Be sure to incude your name and address.

If you choose to have us create a memorial web page for you, you can proceed to the Memorial Creation Form after making your donation.
