Create a Memorial for Your Pet

Eye of the Storm creates pet memorial pages as a way to thank our very generous donors and allow them to create a place to memorialize their special pets. Please note that a minimum donation of $50 is requested for each memorial.

You may include one photo on your pet's memorial page. We prefer that you us a JPG or BMP file (no larger than 50KB, please). Give the file a unique file name, such as max-jun-02.jpg or max-miller22.jpg.

If you cannot provide your photo this way, you may mail a photo for us to scan. Please donate an additional $10 to cover scanning costs. Send photo with self-addressed stamped envelope (if you want it returned) to:
